Trubar

“This wine is dedicated to Primož Trubar, the father of Slovene literature, who stayed at Castello di Rubbia in 1563. He is believed to have been a winemaker himself and is said to have been particularly keen on white grape varieties. Apparently, he dedicated the last years of his life to the art of winemaking.”
